Job summary
Full-time Telecaller role in the Sales and Student Counselling department, supporting education and test-preparation services.
Contact prospective students and parents, explain courses, generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and schedule counselling sessions.

Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to incoming calls and enquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses and examinations such as SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, UCAT, and IMAT.
- Understand student requirements, share relevant course information, and generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule counselling and academic consultation appointments; follow up to encourage enrolment.
- Maintain CRM records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status; coordinate with counselling and academic teams.
- Meet daily calling and monthly lead-conversion targets; communicate professionally and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional communication with students and parents.
- Good command of spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills; target-oriented approach and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, maintain accurate records, and organize time effectively.
- Telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead-generation experience is preferred.
- Education, student counselling, or course-sales experience is an advantage.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Experience in an education consultancy, training institute, or test-preparation centre is preferred.
- Knowledge of international entrance examinations and English proficiency tests is preferred.
- Experience handling student enquiries and converting leads into enrolments is preferred.
