Business Development Manager role based in Dubai, focused on partner growth and business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing partner relationships and acquire, approach, and onboard new partners.
- Research market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Attend industry events and business activities to expand the partner network.
- Handle partner inquiries and coordinate with internal departments.
- Identify growth opportunities and improvements to business performance.
- Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Travel frequently to targeted markets to develop and maintain partner relationships.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least two years of experience in business development or a related role.
- Experience in stock trading, financial services, or brokerage is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven, proactive, innovative, and well-organized approach.
- Computer literacy and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development activities.
