Whizz HR is recruiting a Content Creator / Social Media Executive to work with a brand.
The role covers content planning, creative development, industry networking, branded content, and direction of creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Create the company's content blueprint and develop concepts across its verticals through completion.
- Lead creative sessions with in-house teams and freelancers to build ideas for fiction and non-fiction verticals.
- Network with directors, producers, music professionals, actors, and other industry veterans for collaboration or PR opportunities.
- Connect with OTT platforms, television, films, and production houses to source business.
- Monitor industry trends, happenings, and platform activity for possible content adaptations.
- Assemble creative teams based on business needs and collaborate with sales on branded-content requirements and deliverables.
- Direct and motivate art directors, illustrators, copywriters, and other creative contributors.
- Revise content and presentations, evaluate ideas, provide feedback, train and guide subordinates, and monitor team results.
Requirements
- Ability to conceive creative content concepts and take them through to completion across company verticals.
- Ability to lead brainstorming and creative sessions with in-house teams and freelancers.
- Ability to network with industry professionals and ecosystem partners to identify collaboration and business opportunities.
- Ability to monitor platform activity and identify trends or developments with potential for adaptation.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and understand client requirements for branded-content deliverables.
- Ability to direct, motivate, train, and guide creative team members.
- Ability to review content and presentations, provide feedback, and monitor team outcomes.
