Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided databases and leads.
• Introduce Venture Hire's Citizenship and Residency by Investment services.
• Qualify potential clients and assess their interest and eligibility.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for senior advisors.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach when communicating with clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, call center, or sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
