Job Overview

Venture Hire Immigration Services LLC is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Tele Caller (English & Arabic Speaking) to handle client communication for immigration-related services, including Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Residency by Investment (RBI), skilled migration, study visas, and global mobility solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, excellent client-handling abilities, and confidence in managing inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on lead engagement, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in English & Arabic
• Contact leads generated through social media, websites, campaigns, and referrals
• Explain immigration programs and company services to potential clients
• Schedule consultations and appointments for immigration consultants
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly calling and lead conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales and consultation team for lead handovers
• Ensure professional communication and customer service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or immigration consultancy
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (Mandatory)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls preferred
• Basic knowledge of immigration or visa services is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Must be currently based in the UAE
