We work with leading government-approved investment migration programs across Europe, the Caribbean, and other strategic jurisdictions.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious Arabic-speaking Sales Advisor to help qualified clients navigate their residency and citizenship options.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical telesales role.
You will engage with qualified leads, understand client goals, educate prospects on investment migration programs, and guide them through the decision-making process.
The ideal candidate is highly confident on the phone, commercially driven, and capable of building trust with affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective clients.
- Explain Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) programs.
- Assess client eligibility and investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable residency and citizenship solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Build strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with legal, processing, and compliance teams.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay informed on global immigration and investment migration developments.
Candidate Profile Required
- Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of sales, telesales, business development, or client advisory experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling high-value clients.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Professional telephone and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
- Preferred Experience in:
- Immigration consultancy
- Golden Visa services
- Citizenship by Investment programs
- Residency by Investment programs
- Real estate investment sales
- Wealth management
- Private banking
- Luxury sales
- Experience using HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
