We work with leading government-approved investment migration programs across Europe, the Caribbean, and other strategic jurisdictions.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious Arabic-speaking Sales Advisor to help qualified clients navigate their residency and citizenship options.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical telesales role.

You will engage with qualified leads, understand client goals, educate prospects on investment migration programs, and guide them through the decision-making process.

The ideal candidate is highly confident on the phone, commercially driven, and capable of building trust with affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective clients.
  • Explain Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) programs.
  • Assess client eligibility and investment objectives.
  • Recommend suitable residency and citizenship solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
  • Build strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with legal, processing, and compliance teams.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on global immigration and investment migration developments.

Candidate Profile Required

  • Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales, telesales, business development, or client advisory experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable handling high-value clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Professional telephone and presentation skills.
  • Strong follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
  • Preferred Experience in:
  • Immigration consultancy
  • Golden Visa services
  • Citizenship by Investment programs
  • Residency by Investment programs
  • Real estate investment sales
  • Wealth management
  • Private banking
  • Luxury sales
  • Experience using HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
