Job Overview

Venture Hire Immigration Services LLC is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing & Content Creation Executive to manage daily social media posts, paid ad campaigns, and content creation for our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with daily post design, ad creatives, captions, social media content planning, Canva, Photoshop, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns. The candidate must be able to create professional daily posts, promotional ads, banners, reels, support content, and marketing visuals aligned with the company’s brand style.

Experience in the immigration, education, travel, real estate, or service-based industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

.Create daily social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and promotional content using Canva and Photoshop.
· Design professional creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and paid ad campaigns
· Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
· Generate quality leads for immigration, citizenship, residency, skilled migration, study visa, and global mobility programs
· Manage social media pages and maintain consistent daily posting across all platforms
· Create engaging captions, ad copies, campaign ideas, and promotional content
· Coordinate with the team for videos, reels, landing page assets, and campaign creatives
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve CPL, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
· Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, blog optimization, and website content updates
· Track leads, campaign performance, and conversions using CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools
· Support website updates using WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms
· Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports
· Research competitors, market trends, creative ideas, and new campaign opportunities
· Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign results

Requirements

· Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
· Practical experience in creating daily social media posts and ad creatives
· Strong knowledge of Canva and Photoshop is required
· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
· Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization
· Experience with WordPress, Elementor, CRM tools, and Google Analytics is preferred
· Ability to write basic ad copy, captions, and marketing content
· Good understanding of social media design sizes, ad formats, and brand consistency
· Strong analytical skills and ability to track campaign performance
· Good communication skills in English
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
· Must be currently based in the UAE

· Canva and Photoshop creative design experience
· Daily social media post design and content planning
· Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management
· SEO and keyword research
· WordPress / Elementor basic website updates
· Lead generation campaign optimization
· CRM and sales funnel tracking
· Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel knowledge
· CapCut or basic video editing knowledge is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
