Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Telemarketer to join our Gaming Marketing Services Team . The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Conduct outbound and take inbound calls to existing and potential guests to promote: Gaming programs and incentives Special events, tournaments, and promotions VIP and loyalty program benefits Maintain and grow a database of qualified gaming customers through consistent follow-up and relationship management Achieve individual and team targets related to call volume, conversions, and revenue contribution Provide guests with accurate information about: Gaming offerings Resort amenities Promotions and packages Record all guest interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and updates Identify high-value players and escalate opportunities to Gaming Hosts or VIP Services Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve concerns or escalate when necessary Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and VIP teams to align campaigns and outreach strategies
