  • About the Position:
  • Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager Front Office Enclave to join the resort s Front Office Enclave Operations team.
  • The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: .
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enclave front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest interactions.
  • Supervise and support front office associates assigned to the Enclave area, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest preferences and expectations are met.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate billing, reservation handling, and guest profile management.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and Enclave area to engage with guests and resolve issues proactively.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

About You

  • The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or VIP guest handling preferred.
  • Five-star experience required; ultra-luxury (ultra five-star) experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance and a guest-centric attitude.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of guest luggage or amenities.
