Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
- Generate leads and identify clients who need recruitment and HR solutions.
- Explain services, understand client requirements, and follow up to develop business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate further discussions with team members.
- Maintain lead and client databases, call records, and follow-up activity.
- Track calling activity, lead status, and conversion progress.
- Build client relationships, meet calling and lead-generation targets, and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience in Dubai, UAE.
- Telecalling, telesales, outbound sales, or lead-generation experience is preferred.
- B2B calling, client acquisition, or business-services promotion experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills; strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic MS Office and Excel knowledge and ability to maintain lead databases.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to handle outbound calls independently.
- Must currently be based in the UAE and familiar with the local business environment.
Pay
- AED 1,800–4,800 per month.
Work location
- In person in Dubai, UAE.
