The role contacts prospective clients, explains services, generates leads, and arranges follow-ups.
Compensation
- The posting lists AED 2,500–3,500 per month and separately states pay of AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and generate business leads.
- Explain UAE mainland and free zone company formation services.
- Understand customer needs and arrange consultations with the business setup team.
- Handle inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and email; follow up with leads.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate sales-team meetings.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead updates in the company system.
- Support monthly sales targets and build positive client relationships through professional service.
Requirements
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills; good English communication is required.
- Malayalam is preferred; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Basic UAE business setup or company formation knowledge is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office; UAE availability is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
