Role overview
The role generates new business and acquires clients for UAE mainland and free zone company formation services.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Promote company formation services and recommend suitable packages based on client requirements.
- Explain trade licence procedures, visa packages, company registration, and related services.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and gross profit targets; maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up consistently.
- Build client relationships, provide excellent service, and close sales through quotations and proposal follow-up.
- Coordinate with operations on onboarding and service delivery; maintain accurate client records and pipeline reports.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience; UAE business setup or company formation experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company formation procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills; ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in English is required; Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic is an advantage.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated. Current UAE residence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
