Role overview
Manage end-to-end UAE Free Zone company formation and business setup, including licensing and operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Process registrations, trade licence applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with Free Zone authorities, clients, and internal departments; prepare, verify, and submit documents.
- Coordinate visa applications, establishment cards, and immigration procedures where applicable.
- Follow up on applications, approvals, payments, and documents; keep clients updated and support timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate company and client records, comply with UAE and Free Zone requirements, and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate handover from sales to operations with sales and client servicing teams.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 2 years of UAE business setup operations experience; Free Zone formation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Free Zone procedures, registration, licensing, and renewals; familiarity with portals, documents, and government procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines; proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred skills
- Experience with multiple UAE Free Zone authorities is preferred.
- Knowledge of visa processing and immigration procedures is preferred.
- Client handling, problem solving, and ability to work independently and in a team are preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
