Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and respond to prospective client inquiries.
- Understand requirements for UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and business setup services.
- Explain company formation packages, licensing options, visa services, and related solutions.
- Manage client communication through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate service handover, and maintain client relationships.
- Convert qualified leads, achieve monthly sales and revenue targets, and maintain sales records.
- Generate opportunities through referrals and networking and report sales activity to management.
- Stay current on UAE business setup procedures, licensing options, and service offerings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tele-sales, telesales, business setup, company formation, or UAE sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation and licensing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills are required.
- Strong follow-up, client relationship management, and high-volume call handling abilities are required.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills are required.
- Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam language knowledge is advantageous.
- A proven sales track record and target achievement experience are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
