Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Growth to Sales Role)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive who is interested in building a long-term career in sales. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales team, with the opportunity to grow into a field or direct sales role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients and build strong relationships
- Update and manage customer data in CRM/records
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of client requirements
Growth Opportunity:
- Opportunity to transition into a Sales Executive / Business Development role
- Exposure to client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals
- Training and guidance to develop strong sales and communication skills
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Prior telesales experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

- UAE : 2 years (Preferred)
