A leading real estate firm is looking for energetic and target-driven Calling Executives to join our growing team.
📍 Location:
Dubai , UAE
⏰ Shifts:
• US Shift
• UK Shift
📞 Position: Calling Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound inquiries
• Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and budgets
• Share accurate project and property information
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales consultants
• Maintain and update client details in the CRM
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
✅ Requirements:
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment
• Prior tele calling or real estate experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work in international shifts
