Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound inquiries
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and budgets
- Share accurate project and property information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales consultants
- Maintain and update client details in the CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
- ✅ Requirements:
- **Freshers**
- and
- experienced
- candidates are welcome
- Strong communication skills in
English
- (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment
- Prior tele calling or real estate experience is an advantage
- Willingness to work in international shifts
