Job Title: Tele Caller (Education / Training Institute)
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Experience:** 0–2 years (**Freshers are welcome to apply**)
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and professionals from provided leads
- Handle inbound enquiries and share course information
- Do regular follow-ups to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain call records and update CRM system
- Guide prospects on courses, timings, and next steps
- **Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead handover and conversions**
Key Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English required, Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Target-oriented mindset
