About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Secondary Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tele calling, client interaction, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound tele calling to potential clients
- Introduce and explain our real estate services clearly and professionally
- Schedule meetings between clients and property consultants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
- Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele calling/telesales
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and qualify leads effectively
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality
What We Offer:
- Fixed salary starting from AED 2,000

- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Call Centre, or BPO environments. Candidates from a customer-facing sales background are welcome to apply
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
