Permanent Technology Partner Manager role with Aegon, based in Witham or Peterborough.
The role manages strategic IT supplier relationships, governance, performance, and service outcomes.
Location and working model
- Hybrid working model requiring colleagues to be in the office at least 40% of their time.
Salary
- Salary is £52,720–£65,900 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage supplier performance against contractual obligations, KPIs, and service metrics; drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain supplier plans, oversee budgets and spend, and identify innovation and cost-optimisation opportunities.
- Lead governance, reviews, reporting, due diligence, and oversight; partner with Procurement on renewals, evaluations, tenders, and negotiations.
- Manage supplier agreements, contractual changes, disputes, and risks; support service transitions, resilience planning, audits, and compliance.
What Aegon is looking for
- Experience managing strategic supplier relationships in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including supplier performance, contracts, and budgeting.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and experience leading governance, performance reviews, and service discussions.
- Knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, due diligence, contract renewals, and service transitions.
