Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Define target operating models, roadmaps, governance, standards, and integration patterns.
- Translate business, regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance requirements into designs and implementation plans.
- Architect capabilities covering risk management, policy and compliance, audit, regulatory change, issues, exceptions, KRIs, continuous control monitoring, and automated control testing.
- Design and optimize assessment methods, control frameworks, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and executive risk reporting.
- Design integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, CMDB, IAM, ERP, and related platforms.
- Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews, demonstrations, and governance forums; advise senior client stakeholders.
- Govern global delivery, solution quality, releases, delivery risks, and post-production stabilization; mentor team members.
- Support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, presentations, go-to-market offerings, reusable assets, and practice growth.
- Gather requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, contribute to solution design, configure and customize systems, and support implementation.
- Assess data flows between applications and troubleshoot or optimize configurations, queries, integrations, and performance.
- Create detailed functional and technical design and process documentation.
Required qualifications
- 14 or more years of experience in technology risk, GRC, audit, regulatory compliance, or related consulting domains.
- 8 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM architecture and implementation experience, including enterprise-scale transformation leadership.
- Deep expertise in enterprise and operational risk, policy and compliance, audit, regulatory change, issues, and controls management.
- Strong knowledge of risk taxonomy, control frameworks, assessment methods, scoring, workflow design, reporting, analytics, and integrations.
- Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams and complex delivery engagements, with architecture governance and senior client relationships.
