Experienced Salesforce Business Analyst role bridging business stakeholders and technology teams.
Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the wider Salesforce platform.
Support requirements, backlog, testing, release, and adoption activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Create business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce functional solutions and maintain traceability through delivery.
- Work with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, business sign-off, and deployment validation.
- Identify process improvements and support change, training, and user adoption.
Candidate requirements
- Considerable overall IT experience, including Agile Salesforce delivery programme experience.
- Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and security.
- Salesforce business analysis is listed as a mandatory skill.
