Programme Manager role with Servaada, a Wipro company, based in Telford.
Servaada is a Wipro UK entity authorised by the FCA to undertake regulated activities on behalf of clients as an outsourced service provider.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale transformation programmes from planning through delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.
- Develop programme plans, budgets, governance and reporting.
- Lead Project Managers and Business Analysts.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Drive business readiness, implementation and transition activities.
- Track programme costs, benefits and overall value.
- Build client and senior stakeholder relationships; provide executive teams with updates and recommendations.
Essential requirements
- Strong Life & Pensions experience and proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
- Experience managing Project Managers and delivery teams.
- Strong programme governance, planning and risk management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and benefits.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
Desirable experience and qualifications
- Large-scale business transformation delivery experience.
- Financial services outsourcing or service-provider experience.
- Experience with operating model change, automation or platform modernisation.
- MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or similar qualifications.
Regulatory competencies
Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence.
Remain open and cooperative with the FCA and other regulators.
Have due regard for customers’ interests, treat them fairly and deliver good outcomes for retail customers.
Observe proper standards of market conduct.
