Overview

**Location:** Onsite –Dubai

Job Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** AED 1,000 – AED 1,500 per month + performance-based bonus

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive cum Sales Support to join our IT and software reselling company.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Microsoft products, antivirus solutions, and Tally configuration.

The role involves providing technical support to customers, assisting the sales team, and participating in technical meetings with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for software installation, activation, troubleshooting, and configuration.
  • Configure and support Microsoft products, antivirus software, and Tally.
  • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, technical queries, and pre-sales support.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues via phone, email, remote access, or onsite visits.
  • Participate in technical meetings with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation, installation guides, and support reports.
  • Coordinate with software vendors for license activation and issue resolution.
  • Support software deployment and customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Microsoft 365, Office).
  • Experience with antivirus solutions such as Quick Heal, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, McAfee, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of Tally installation, configuration, backup, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of networking, remote support, and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an IT or software reselling company.
  • Knowledge of software licensing and activation.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer support requests efficiently.
  • Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
