We are looking for a **dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive** to join our growing team.
The role involves promoting and selling a range of **IT Products** to both business clients and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate and retail customers
- Present and promote company products and services effectively
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Provide clear product information, pricing, and tailored solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of tele sales experience in the UAE** (IT industry preferred)
- Proven ability in both **B2B and B2C sales**
- Strong communication skills in **English**
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of **IT hardware and software** is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

- Salary: **AED 2,000 + Attractive commission structure**
- Visa requirement: **Own visa preferred initially**
- Company visa and full benefits as per **UAE Labor Law** will be provided after successful probation
- Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
