Role overview

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for emergency lighting customers and internal teams across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot emergency lighting products and systems.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical presentations to customers and partners.
  • Work with Sales to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Help develop and maintain manuals, guides, FAQs, and other technical documentation.
  • Monitor industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure emergency lighting systems comply with local regulations and standards.
  • Share customer and technical issue feedback with the product development team.

Qualifications and skills

  • Graduate engineering degree, ideally in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of techno-commercial experience, including extensive emergency lighting systems and applications knowledge.
  • Technical knowledge in emergency lighting or safety systems is required.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Dialux lighting design software.
  • Experience in troubleshooting systems, testing and commissioning, and managing sites.
  • Fire alarm system experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, electrical products instrumentation knowledge, and PC literacy.
