Role overview

Key duties

• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, product management and technical support teams to ensure stock is adequate and accurate.
• Oversee spare parts management processes and operations; forecast requirements and support ordering.
• Manage state-level requirements using installed-base and contract information, and coordinate replenishment.
• Escalate fulfillment issues; manage spare parts inventory, including crash kits.
• Ensure warehouse processes for commissioning and maintenance kits are followed, including setup, replenishment and returns.
• Manage PPE and tools inventory and replenishment; conduct cycle counts or audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate calibration tracking with field service supervisors and service coordinators.
• Maintain KPIs and reporting for spare parts, PPE and tools used by field service personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience in UPS services in an administrator, coordinator or supply chain management role.
• Tertiary qualifications in business management, logistics or a related discipline.
• Moderate Microsoft Excel skills; Salesforce and SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, including ability to multitask.
