Company Description

Archirodon is an international contractor with extensive experience in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction market.

The company executes complex EPC projects worldwide and emphasizes performance, development, and collaborative teams.

Role Overview

The Technical Supervisor will join an engineering team at an oil and gas site in the UAE.

The role supports completion documentation, technical records, and handover processes.

Job Description

  • Maintain, register, and file handover documentation, including completion dossiers, RLMU, and ASB documentation.
  • Support the Completion team with documentation processes and preparations.
  • Log, track, and update punch list registers in the completion database.
  • Monitor punch movement and sign-off.
  • Track and preserve red-line markups for final as-built turnover.
  • Update registers and completion software daily for documentation submissions.
  • Control and distribute documents as instructed.
  • Separate superseded document versions from updated versions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • University-level qualification.
  • IT skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access, including organizing electronic files and folders.
  • Three to six years of relevant experience as a QC Document Controller, Technical Office professional, or Technical Supervisor.
  • Very good written and oral command of English.
  • Familiarity with engineering numbering conventions, tag allocation, P&IDs, and vendor manufacturing data.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume technical records under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the EPC industry is desirable.
  • Familiarity with completion software such as Co-console is desirable.

The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team while exercising professional judgment and coordination skills.

Excellent organizational skills and determination to succeed are expected.
