About This Role
Hiring: Senior Manager – UAE Tax & Strategic Partnerships
Location: Office No. 905, Mazaya Business Avenue, Tower-AA-1, JLT, Dubai, UAE
We are now looking for a Chartered Accountant with strong UAE Tax knowledge and exceptional Business Development skills to head our Tax Department and drive growth.
Role Overview
This is NOT a back-office compliance role.
This is a client-facing, revenue-generating leadership role where:
• UAE Tax expertise is mandatory
• Business Development is the core competency
• Networking & brand-building is key
• Department leadership is expected
You will head the UAE Tax vertical while actively generating business through strategic relationships and industry presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tax Department Leadership
• Lead UAE VAT & Corporate Tax advisory
• Oversee return filings and compliance reviews
• Guide tax planning & structuring for clients
• Handle FTA-related matters and assessments
• Build internal tax SOPs & frameworks
• Train Staff and other Managers about latest updates
2. Business Development (Core Focus)
• Generate new tax & compliance clients
• Convert leads from company formation & accounting verticals
• Develop referral networks with:
o Chartered Accountants
o Audit Firms
o Law Firms
o Corporate Service Providers
o Consultants
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences and represent Ace Patrons • Conduct presentations & client meetings
• Build strategic partnerships
3. Brand & Market Positioning
• Represent Ace Patrons in industry forums
• Participate in panel discussions & knowledge sessions
• Create thought-leadership visibility
• Assist in webinars, seminars & workshops
• Strengthen Ace Patrons’ positioning as a premium advisory brand
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years UAE Tax experience (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of:
o UAE VAT
o UAE Corporate Tax
o FTA procedures
• Strong networking ability in UAE market
• Confident in client presentations & negotiations
