Job Title: Head of Operations – Business Setup Consultancy
Experience

Company Overview
We are seeking dynamic and experienced operations head to oversee and lead our operational functions
across multiple jurisdictions.
Job Summary
The Operations Head will be responsible for managing the entire operations department, ensuring smooth
execution of company formation, licensing, visa processing, compliance, and client onboarding processes.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE regulations, and the
ability to manage teams and optimize operational efficiency.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end operations for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- Ensure timely processing of trade licenses, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
- Supervise visa processing (entry permits, medicals, Emirates ID, stamping, cancellations)
- Ensure full compliance with UAE government regulations (DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, Immigration)
- Strong ability to liaise and build relationships with various UAE government authorities, free zones,
- banks, and external stakeholders
- Strong client relationship management skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Must keep himself/herself updated with the latest UAE regulations, compliance requirements,
- policies, and operational procedures related to business setup and corporate services.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations and PRO teams
- Assign workloads and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and workflow efficiency
Process & Compliance Management
- Develop and improve SOPs for operational efficiency
- Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement smart, tech-driven solutions for better
- workflow management.
- Monitor deadlines for license renewals, visa expirations, and compliance filings
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and internal audit controls
- Liaise with Free Zone and government authorities when required
- Should be proactive in resolving operational challenges and coordinating with relevant
department
s/authorities.
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports
- Coordinate with Sales and Management to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Identify bottlenecks and implement operational improvements
- Support management in expansion planning and new Free Zone collaborations
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in business setup / corporate services
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland licensing procedures
- Proven experience in leading and managing an operations team
- Excellent understanding of UAE visa and immigration processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
