Key Responsibilities
- Map specialized talent pools across Saudi universities, TVTC programs, and international mining networks.
- Conduct structured competency-based interviews and coordinate technical evaluations with subject-matter experts.
- Prepare formal offer letters aligned with applicable hiring and compliance requirements.
- Verify candidate technical competencies and safety certifications before onboarding.
- Support Saudization targets across technical and vocational tiers.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill for mission-critical industrial roles.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for engineering, geology, metallurgy, plant operations, or other technical industrial functions.
- Ability to source qualified professionals through Saudi universities, TVTC programs, and international mining networks.
- Ability to conduct structured competency-based interviews and coordinate technical evaluations.
- Ability to verify technical competencies and safety certifications before onboarding.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.
