Recruitment responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for plant operators, assay chemists, and exploration geologists using LinkedIn, Bayt, and TVTC networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure recruitment compliance with Nitaqat and MHRSD regulations.
