Senior technical program role delivering high-value technology initiatives across cross-functional engineering and business teams.
Supports software solutions, release coordination, and processes intended to improve customer experience globally.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from inception through delivery.
- Collaborate with software engineering and business teams to design, build, and deploy innovative solutions.
- Establish and optimize sustainable processes and coordinate complex release schedules.
- Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, report performance to senior leadership, and manage project critical paths and risks.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Seven or more years working directly with software engineering teams, five or more years in technical program or product management, and at least three years of hands-on software development.
- Strong background in software engineering practices, systems architecture, and data analysis tools, including Excel.
Preferred qualifications
- Five or more years in project management disciplines covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Experience defining metrics and SLAs for multi-million-dollar business operations.
- Experience building sustainable development processes across multiple engineering departments.
Workplace
- On-site in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Compensation
- The posting lists compensation as CAD 77–CAD 87, without a stated pay period.
