Role Overview

Location and Availability

• Work onsite in Anaheim, California.
• Be available onsite during business hours while supporting 24x7 business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain applications, including upgrades and patch maintenance.
• Develop and maintain applications and interfaces for departmental initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and document development specifications.
• Migrate and test business applications from a .NET to a .gov domain.
• Remediate applications for WCAG and ADA accessibility compliance.
• Implement application migration, testing, and support-maintenance processes.
• Provide production support for applications, technical environments, and interfacing systems.
• Prioritize fixes and change orders with target completion dates.
• Coordinate with staff and software vendors on application support and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• A college degree is required; Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred.
• At least three years of hands-on SQL coding experience.
• At least three years of applications development experience using C# and .NET.
• At least three years of Linux experience.
• At least two years of report development experience using Power BI, Crystal Reports, Cognos, or similar tools.
• At least two years of experience with container platforms such as Docker or Podman.
• At least two years of Java development, CI/CD, and containerization experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and provide off-hours production support.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a multi-platform technical environment.
