Technical Program Delivery Officer

Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilitie

• sAssist in maintaining project documentation, including drawings registers, design submissions, technical queries (TQs), and requests for information (RFIs), ensuring records are organized and up to date
• .Support the coordination of design review meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and capturing meeting minutes and action items
• .Help track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, updating progress trackers and dashboards under the direction of senior team members
• .Support site visits and inspections, assisting with note-taking, photo documentation, and follow-up on observations and action items
• .Assist in compiling reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Director and senior team members
• .Maintain risk, issue, and action logs, ensuring entries are recorded accurately and follow-ups are communicated to the relevant team members
• .Support the collection and filing of technical documents, specifications, and compliance records to ensure audit readiness
• .Coordinate communications between internal teams, consultants, and contractors on routine project matters, escalating issues to senior staff when needed
• .Assist with basic technical reviews of submissions and drawings under the supervision of senior engineers, flagging obvious discrepancies for further review
• .Provide general administrative support to the Technical Program Delivery team, including document control, correspondence tracking, and meeting logistics
• .Continuously build technical knowledge and project management skills through on-the-job learning, training, and mentorship from senior staff
