Deploys effective measures to continuously monitor and optimize the performance of investments and assets across all transport modes and prevent exposure to financial under performance or loss.
Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring tools to track the financial and operational performance of JTC’s investment and asset portfolio across all transport modes.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to identify underperforming assets or investments and initiate corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure asset utilization and investment returns are maximized in line with strategic objectives.
- Provide regular, data-driven performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Benchmark portfolio performance against industry standards to identify best practices and innovation opportunities.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks of financial underperformance through proactive monitoring, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a closely related field.
A minimum of
6 to 10 years
of progressive experience in relevant line of work.
