About The Role

What You Will Do

• Manage and maintain all digital platforms across the company
• Coordinate developers, designers, and external vendors
• Oversee releases, updates, and deployments
• Handle bug tracking, QA processes, and issue resolution
• Manage hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, analytics, and integrations
• Ensure platforms are secure, updated, and performing correctly
• Maintain clear technical documentation and workflows
• Support content publishing and platform updates across CMS systems
• Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience managing multiple digital platforms or products
• Strong knowledge of
• -WordPress (plugins, themes, updates, security)
• -Webflow (CMS, publishing, responsive design)
• -Understanding of modern web stacks (React, Next.js, APIs, backend logic)
• -Ability to coordinate developers and understand technical workflows
• Experience with:
• -QA processes
• -Bug tracking tools
• -Release management
• -Familiarity with hosting, DNS, SSL, analytics, and integrations
• -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• You do not need to be a senior developer in every technology.
• However, you must:
• -Understand how systems work
• -Communicate clearly with developers
• -Take ownership of delivery and maintenance
• This Role is NOT for
• Junior website managers
• Pure developers who don’t want operational responsibility
• Social media or content-focused profiles
• Candidates without experience managing real platforms
