We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Intern who wants to gain practical experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client outreach, and business development within the AI and digital solutions sector.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Intern will support Elchai Group's business growth by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, contacting prospects, supporting sales conversations, and helping the team create new business opportunities.
This is an unpaid internship, designed for learning and practical experience.
However, if the intern successfully contributes to a closed sale, they will be eligible for a performance-based commission, subject to company approval and the agreed commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- The intern will assist with:
- Researching potential clients, companies, industries, and business opportunities
- Building lead lists for B2B outreach
- Supporting LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and follow-up communication
- Identifying companies that may need AI, automation, digital transformation, website, software, or business technology solutions
- Scheduling meetings or calls with potential clients
- Preparing short sales summaries, client briefs, and meeting notes
- Supporting the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and service explanations
- Maintaining CRM or lead-tracking sheets
- Helping test and improve outreach strategies
- Learning how to position AI and digital solutions for different industries
- Supporting partnerships, collaborations, and business development initiatives

Commission Structure
- This internship is unpaid.
- However, if the intern directly contributes to a successful client acquisition or closed sale, Elchai Group may provide a performance-based commission.
- Commission eligibility will depend on:
- The intern's direct involvement in the lead or sale
- Successful closure of the client deal
- Payment received by the company
- Internal approval and commission agreement
- Commission is not guaranteed and will only apply to successful closed business under the company's agreed terms.

- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and online research tools
- Organized and able to follow up properly

Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Good research and writing skills
- Basic understanding of sales or business development is preferred, but not required
- Interest in AI, automation, digital platforms, software, or technology services
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or AI tools is a plus
