Overview
We are looking for a Growth & Sales Operator who can combine marketing execution, content creation, lead generation, and sales development into one highly organized role.
You will be responsible for building pipeline, creating marketing assets, supporting outbound campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and helping convert prospects into clients.
This position requires someone who is comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate content production, research, prospecting, and workflow execution.
The ideal candidate understands both growth marketing and B2B sales and can operate effectively across the entire customer acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage B2B lead generation campaigns
- Create LinkedIn content, articles, carousels, and marketing materials
- Develop personal branding and company branding content
- Research target markets, industries, competitors, and potential clients
- Create outbound email, LinkedIn, and prospecting campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects
- Support solution presentations and sales discussions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Use AI tools to improve marketing, content creation, research, and sales workflows
- Collaborate with management to improve conversion rates and sales processes
- Track campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
Required Ai & Marketing Tools Experience
- Candidates should have practical experience with some or most of the following:
- Claude
- Claude Code
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity
- Manus
- Higgsfield
- Remotion
- Canva
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- HubSpot or similar CRM
- Instantly, Smartlead, or similar outbound platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, growth marketing, business development, SaaS sales, or technology sales
- Strong understanding of lead generation and sales funnels
- Experience creating LinkedIn content and personal branding campaigns
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and workflows
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, automation, SaaS, technology, or digital transformation services
- Experience managing LinkedIn growth and outbound campaigns
- Experience creating AI-generated videos and marketing assets
- Understanding of enterprise sales processes
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
