Technical Manager
to join our team in the UAE.
The successful candidate will lead the technical function across construction project, ensuring efficient design coordination, technical compliance, engineering excellence, and successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both
high-rise buildings and villa developments
within the UAE construction sector.
Role Summary
The Technical Manager will oversee all technical and engineering aspects of projects from pre-construction through completion.
The role involves managing design coordination, resolving technical challenges, ensuring compliance with project specifications and authority requirements, and providing leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering or Architecture

- Minimum
- 12 to 15 years of construction experience
- .
- Minimum
- 4–5 years of experience in a managerial role
- within a UAE construction company.
- Proven experience in
- high-rise building and villa construction projects
- .
- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority approvals, and construction standards.
- Extensive experience in design management, technical coordination, and engineering reviews.
- Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Primavera P6, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all technical and engineering activities across projects.
- Review and approve design drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Drive value engineering initiatives and provide innovative solutions to optimize project performance.
- Monitor technical deliverables and ensure alignment with project schedules and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical and engineering teams.
- Support project teams with construction methodologies, risk management, and technical problem-solving.
