Overview
We are hiring an experienced
Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure
to join our construction team in the UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 7 of experience in the construction industry
- Mandatory UAE experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration
- Experience in roads, utilities, drainage, and other infrastructure works
- Good understanding of FIDIC contracts and project commercial processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, invoices, and payment applications
- Prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts
- Coordinate with consultants, project teams, and subcontractors on commercial matters
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project specifications
- Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration activities
- Prepare commercial reports and maintain project documentation
