• to join our contracting team and lead the execution of prestigious, large-scale civil construction projects across the UAE.
• This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive projects from inception to successful handover.
• 🔹 Key Requirements:
• Minimum
• 15+ years of experience
• in construction, with a focus on civil contracting companies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience managing high-value, complex, and prestigious projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and authority requirements
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• **Candidates must be currently based in the UAE**
• 🔹 Preferred:
• **Arabic speaking**

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee full project lifecycle from planning, mobilization, execution, to final handover
• Manage site operations, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Develop and monitor project programs, resource plans, and cost controls
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth approvals and progress
• Drive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all project activities
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Lead progress meetings, reporting, and performance tracking for senior management
• Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial aspects of the project
• Ensure proper quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) procedures are implemented
• Support procurement teams in subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance evaluation
• Mentor and develop project teams, engineers, and site staff
