Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will provide end-to-end support across marketing operations, procurement, and budget control activities.
Ensure timely execution of projects, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Artwork management and coordination.
- Raise and manage PRs/POs.
- Track receiving, accruals, and payment follow-ups.
- Budget tracking and monitoring.
- Follow up with stakeholders on key projects.
- Support the PMO activities and the Senior Brand Manager on projects as needed.
- Conduct analysis and prepare reports as required.
- Support and coordinate corporate events.
- Basic Analysis and presentation preparation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or any related degree.
- 2-3 years of functional experience.
