Civic Builders is seeking a Technical Engineer with strong structural construction experience to join its team in Sharjah, UAE.
Immediate joining is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Review and prepare structural shop drawings in accordance with approved design drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, project managers, and site engineers.
- Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and other project-related technical documents.
- Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies or design coordination issues.
- Handle RFIs and coordinate technical clarifications with consultants.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE construction standards.
- Provide technical support to the site team to ensure smooth execution of structural works.
- Assist with material submittals, inspections, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in structural construction.
- Strong knowledge of structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Experience in building construction projects is essential.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay range: AED 6,000–10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Sharjah.
