Landscape Coordinator

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor landscape works at the project site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
• Review landscape drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress and daily construction activities.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of landscape materials.
• Follow up on material approvals, inspections, RFIs, MIRs, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to maintain quality standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and prepare progress updates for the Project Manager.
• Coordinate landscape, civil, and MEP activities and ensure HSE compliance.

Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, civil engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction and site coordination is required.
• The candidate must be able to read and understand landscape drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams is required.
• Good communication and organizational skills are required.
• UAE project experience is preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person in Sharjah, UAE.
