Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Act as a technical authority, driving innovation, best practice, and engineering standards.
- Manage project delivery in line with commercial targets, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Build client relationships and support business development and efforts to win work.
- Oversee project profitability, invoicing, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to technical forums focused on innovation, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the business in client, contractor, and stakeholder engagements.
- Contribute to technical strategy, design excellence, and business decisions.
Candidate requirements
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering within MEP consultancy.
- Proven experience leading complex design projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercial awareness and ability to link technical delivery to profitability.
- Confidence in client-facing roles and contributing to winning new work.
- Solid understanding of international codes, standards, and design practices.
- Proficiency with industry design tools and engineering software.
- Chartered status, or close to achieving it.
