Technical Coordinator / Engineer- Contracting company- (Warehouses and Industrial Project)

Job Purpose
Coordinate technical alignment between engineering, procurement, site teams, vendors, consultants, authorities, and the client.
Support project delivery targets through technical reviews, authority compliance, value engineering, quality control, and construction support.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate technical activities between engineering, procurement, site, vendors, consultants, and the client.
- Liaise with authorities, clients, consultants, and vendors to support smooth project progress.
- Document and clearly communicate technical discussions and follow-ups to stakeholders.
Authority Compliance
- Maintain familiarity with authority requirements and ensure compliance throughout project execution.
- Support and track required approvals, accreditations, and licenses as applicable.
Design and Construction Support
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and buildability.
- Review material, shop, and product submittals against project specifications.
- Support contractors during construction and address technical queries.
- Monitor and implement technical changes during construction with relevant teams.
Value Engineering and Quality
- Develop value engineering solutions to improve cost, quality, and delivery efficiency.
- Implement quality checks and control measures for technical deliverables and execution support.
- Provide technical guidance to reduce rework and ensure compliance.
Technical Requirements
- Civil Engineering degree background is required.
- Technical review capability for drawings and materials is required.
- Familiarity with authority requirements and compliance processes is required.
- Strong UAE authority compliance exposure is required, including UAE Municipality and Civil Defense regulations.
- Three years of warehouse or industrial project experience is required.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1 to AED 16,000 per month.
