Responsibilities
- Sell power tools and abrasives to hardware retailers, contractors, and project buyers.
- Build relationships with dealers, contractors, and site procurement teams.
- Prospect for new accounts through field visits and cold outreach.
- Recommend tools, discs, blades, and accessories based on customer technical requirements.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, order closure, and after-sales follow-up.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep CRM records accurate and provide regular pipeline reports.
Requirements
- Power tools industry sales experience is mandatory; hands-on knowledge of power tools and/or abrasives is essential.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets in B2B or field sales.
- An existing UAE network of contractor, dealer, or hardware retailer contacts is an advantage.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person and involves daily field sales activity.
