Sales/ Business Development Manager - Architectural Engineering -BIM Design Service

Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AEC industry across the GCC.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development visits to promote services.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, PMCs, and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Promote architecture, interior design, BIM, structural engineering, MEP, and project management consultancy services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract finalization.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming construction projects.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and business forecasts.
• Represent the organization at exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in Architecture, BIM, Engineering Consultancy, or Construction.
• Strong professional network among architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and PMCs in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.
• Sound understanding of Architecture, BIM, Structural, MEP, and Engineering Consultancy services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

• Strong knowledge of Architecture, BIM, and Engineering Consultancy services.

• Proposal preparation, contract negotiation, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.

Pay

• Pay is listed as AED 2.00–AED 3.00 per month.
