Team Leader / Supervisor – Chocolate Factory

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader/ Hygiene Supervisor / Team Supervisor to join our chocolate production facility in Dubai.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety across all production areas. You will lead and supervise the cleaning team, monitor compliance with hygiene procedures, and support the company in maintaining strict food safety standards in line with Dubai Municipality regulations and HACCP Level 3 requirements

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily cleaning and sanitation activities in all production areas

*Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards

* Conduct regular inspections and hygiene audits

* Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures and standards

* Lead and manage production staff, ensuring proper workflow and discipline

* Coordinate with management for production planning and target achievement

* Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory control of materials and finished products

* Report hygiene issues and corrective actions to management

* Support internal and external audits (Dubai Municipality / HACCP compliance)

* Maintain cleaning schedules, records, and checklists

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role (food production or chocolate industry preferred)

* HACCP Level 3 certification is required

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards

* Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

* Good leadership and communication skills

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

* Ability to handle a team in a fast-paced production environment
