• We are looking for a highly skilled and creative **Florist** to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **flower arrangement and floral design**, with an excellent eye for detail, color harmony, and presentation.
• You will be responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements that meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
• ***Key Responsibilities***
• Design and create fresh floral arrangements for various occasions
• Prepare bouquets, event arrangements, and custom floral designs
• Create premium floral presentations combined with **chocolate boxes or gift trays**
• Ensure all arrangements are visually appealing and meet quality standards
• Maintain freshness and proper handling of flowers and materials
• Work efficiently to meet daily orders and deadlines
• Support event setups and special floral projects when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
• ***Requirements***
• Minimum **2 years of proven experience** as a Florist or Floral Designer
• Strong knowledge of flower arrangement techniques and design principles
• Experience in **combining flowers with chocolate boxes, gift trays, or luxury gift arrangements**
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of flower care, handling, and maintenance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
